Angel Chan, Sales Associate, is a former IT
Professional who brings the same discipline, organization, and
enthusiasm to his Real Estate career: First, understand the needs of the client;
second, research and compile a list of the right properties to fit those
needs; next, go on the road to visit, feel, and connect with the
clients’ future home; and once they find that unique fit, Angel will navigate
side by side with you through the difficult waters of making an offer, contract
negotiation, and closing.
In addition to that, Angel also brings a solid knowledge of Bergen
County and the surrounding areas, being a 25-year resident of Teaneck, with a
flair of the NYC cosmopolitan life having lived in the city for more the
10 years.
