Angel Chan, Sales Associate, is a former IT Professional who brings the same discipline, organization, and enthusiasm to his Real Estate career: First, understand the needs of the client; second, research and compile a list of the right properties to fit those needs; next, go on the road to visit, feel, and connect with the clients’ future home; and once they find that unique fit, Angel will navigate side by side with you through the difficult waters of making an offer, contract negotiation, and closing.
